  • Two 30-minute follow-up appointments 2 weeks apart

Making a Change Package (3 months) $400.00 

The longer time frame provides the opportunity to address multiple body systems and to provide you with ongoing support to reach your wellness goals.

Includes: 

  • Body systems and lifestyle assessment and analysis to identify and prioritize the systems that need support
  • Wellness Strategy Session (45 Minutes)
  • Five 30-minute follow-up appointments 2 weeks apart 
  • Individualized recommendations and resources 
  • Recipe suggestions specific to your needs
  • Supplement and lifestyle suggestions to help you meet your wellness goals
  • Weekly email or text check-ins between appointments
  • Recommendations of sources of organic and whole foods for clients including local sources for Edmonton clients

  • Meal planning strategy session
  • Vacation/travel strategy session
  • Pantry clean out

  • 11 30-minute follow-up appointments 2 weeks apart 
  • Individualized recommendations and resources

  • Weekly email or text check-ins between appointments
  • Recommendations of sources of organic and whole foods for clients including local sources for Edmonton clients

Adult’s Elimination Diet Package (6 weeks) $400.00

This package will help you support you through a 3-week elimination diet. You’ll have support planning (week 1) and implementing the diet (weeks 2-4), and reintroducing foods (weeks 5 and 6). 

Week 1:

  • 60-90 minute pre-diet appointment to discuss strategies make the elimination diet successful and helpful.

Week 2, 3 and 4:

  • Two email or text check-ins per week (6 in total).
  • A 30-minute session during week 4 to talk about reintroducing foods starting in week 5

Weeks 5 and 6:

  • Two email or text check-ins per week as you reintroduce foods (4 in total)
  • A 30-minute session during week 5 or 6 to discuss next steps

Additional Resources

  • One Oh My God I Need Help! phone or Skype session whenever you need extra support!
  • Workbook to plan and implement your elimination diet 
  • My list of substitutions and recipes to help you replace the most commonly eliminated foods (adult version)
  • Digestive support resources

Child’s Elimination Diet Package (6 weeks)

$550.00 
Support your child through a 3-week elimination diet. You’ll have support to plan (week 1), to implement the diet (weeks 2-4), and to reintroduce foods (weeks 5 and 6). Depending on the age of your child, he/she can be involved in some sessions to ask questions and provide feedback.

Week 1:

  • 60-90 minute pre-diet appointment to discuss strategies make the elimination diet successful and helpful.

Week 2:

  • Daily email or text check-ins to provide support and answer questions (7 in total).

Weeks 3 and 4:

  • Two email or text check-ins per week (4 in total).
  • A 30-minute session during week 4 to talk about reintroducing foods starting in week 5

Weeks 5 and 6:

  • Two email or text check-ins per week as you reintroduce foods (4 in total)
  • A 30-minute session during week 5 or 6 to discuss next steps
