About Jenna
Hello, I’m Jenna Kelland. I’m a holistic mental wellness coach. I operate at the intersection of mental health, self-care, nutrition and REAL LIFE.
My work draws upon my training in holistic nutrition, my PhD in adult education and my research into mental health and wellness. My work is evidence-based and designed to work with your body and your brain instead of against it.
Personally speaking, I’ve been through a devastating burnout that kept me stuck at home for 6 months. This experience made me radically change the priorities in my life to put my own health first.
As a neurodivergent mom of three differently wired teens, I have a lot of first-hand experience helping my own family find their own ways to flourish within systems that aren’t designed for them.
What all of that means for you is I’ve distilled the research into practical steps – ones that I’ve successfully used in my own life. I help women understand how chronic stress affects their physical and mental health and I show you how to find their own vitality and resilience.
Because you deserve to live your best, most energized life – no matter what it throws at you!

Stress Reduction Program
What’s included in VITALITY:
6 bi-weekly modules
6 modules that feature different evidence-based strategies to reduce stress and regulate the nervous system. Each one will include video lessons with transcripts to explain the why and how of each strategy. A new module will be released every 2 weeks to give you time to review the content with an invitation to explore the strategy and reflect on how it works for you.
You’ll learn about the effects of chronic stress and how to tap into your body’s innate ability to respond to stress without burning out.
The modules will also include strategies to support behaviour change so you can implement sustainable habits for lasting results. (I don’t want you to forget everything you’ve learned as soon as the program ends and revert to feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.)
Workbook
A workbook with space for exploration and reflection to help you identify what works for you. Not every strategy will feel like it fits for you right now. I encourage you to approach each one with a sense of curiosity and openness to see how it could be adapted to your context. You’ll find some strategies are a great fit, some may need to be adjusted to suit you and some might not work for you right now. By the end of the program, you’ll have your own menu of self-care strategies you can draw on to help respond to stress and build resilience.
Tracking Tools
Compassionate tracking tools to help you record progress (because your brain likes to see measurable outcomes) without feeling guilt or overwhelm. I’ll share a couple of my favourite tracking apps too, for people who prefer online tracking options.
Stress and Wellbeing Assessment and Two 1-1 Meetings
A Stress and Wellbeing Assessment at the beginning and end of the program to show the results of the program because our brains like evidence and we don’t tend to notice a gradual change as it is happening. We’ll meet 1 on 1 at the beginning and end of the program to talk about the results of the assessment and your unique needs and goals.
Individualized Support
Individualized, private support using Voxer so you can ask questions or get support as you try new strategies. This will also include weekly opportunities to check in and share your successes and realizations!
