Hi, I’m Jenna Kelland!
I’m passionate about my work because of lessons from my journey with panic attacks caused from burnout. After many years struggling and learning, I now choose to support women going through a similar battle. Using my training in holistic nutrition and adult education, I help moms everywhere blossom into doing the things they love again, with the energy they long to have again.
Gut health affects your brain health. Period. I want you to understand how the food you eat effects your physical AND emotional wellbeing. I will teach you about real food, what it is, where to find it and how to prepare it in ways that will be as delicious as your favourite takeout. I teach from both a professionally certified lens and personal experience lens.
I know how to help you. Not just because of my professional background in holistic nutrition, but because I have been in the trenches with my mental health and I understand how hard it can be to climb out.

365 Moments of Grace
I’m so excited to share some exciting news today. This week I was blessed to be part of a book launch for a collaborative book with over 250 contributors. We each shared a story about grace in our lives to create 365 Moments of Grace. This book is already ranked #1 on Amazon in Canada and the United States, so I can add international, bestselling author to my list of accomplishments! What an amazing achievement!
